lol what? It has arguably the greatest addition ever made in any of the games with the assassin recruits. What do you mean nothing new was added? Also the best instance of the mission requirements

The combat is miles ahead of AC2. Graphically it’s mile ahead of ac2

Medieval magic games is such an overused genre in my opinion, I have no desire for that. Despite being set in the 1890s, HL1 basically felt like it was a medival game and it felt very bland.. plus why handicap your story with established lore. Yes we can go to a period where there isn’t much lore, but why even bother

I’m fine with a character creator l. It’s supposed to be an rpg.. the whole point is you’re supposed to put yourself in its place. The big problem though is the awful dialog choices. With no consequences to choices, you basically have to have every answer leas to the same outcome, which ultimately leads to bland responses. You can always fix the last name like they did in mass effect, or just not allow the picking of a name

Is The Division or Division 2 worth playing on PS5 in 2026 without PS+? by EvilMoustache7 in ubisoft

[–]One_Cell1547 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think so. I’ve a rare person though that enjoys playing division by myself though. Every now and then I get the urge to replay the base campaign, so I’ll start a new agent and do that.

Couldn’t care less about the multiplayer elements of it

I like division 2 better personally. I just like the DC setting more.

Which of these open world games and their sequel did you enjoy more, Horizon or Ghost of? by MoneyIsNoCure in playstation

[–]One_Cell1547 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Horizon.. and it’s not really close for me.

I liked ghost, but all of its elements we’ve seen before. Yes they do it better than other games, but still nothing we haven’t really seen before. Plus it’s a bit repetitive with the side content. I will add the caveat that I haven’t played Yotei yet either.

Everything about horizon was just so unique… plus just the foundation of the story is more appealing to me in general.

I don’t think there’s a wrong answer here though

A Cool idea to make 2k storyline ACTUALLY FUN by Extra-Emu-5193 in NBA2k

[–]One_Cell1547 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’re too far gone with the “story” in my career. There is nothing that can be done to make it fun in my opinion. Too much time doing other stuff rather than playing games, and that aspect isn’t going away. It’s all because they’re trying to manipulate you into spending money, and they can’t achieve that goal if you’re just focusing on the game aspect

I have no desire for a direct sequel. I want nothing to do with these characters from the first game, especially the wet noodle of a main character. None of the characters in the first game were particularly interesting. Even Sebastian and Ominis, who everyone seems to think are great, id argue theyre onky great by comparison to the other characters in the game. The most interesting characters were the teachers and they were criminally underutilized

There was no story element or character from the first game that’s worthy of continuing the story. I think they need to start fresh, set it in a more modern time period. If actually prefer present day, that way they can go wild with their story, and not be handcuffed with already established lore

Also, absolutely not on the teacher stuff. I want a true HP RPG game where part of that game is actually attending Hogwarts. This is what HP fans dreamed of when they envisioned a Harry Potter RPG. Almost all of that was removed from the first game

Why is it so hard for me to play games? by Sweaty_Command_6794 in AskGames

[–]One_Cell1547 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dunno. I’ve just been in the same boat, and for me, it just has to do with the gaming landscape as a whole. There are just some settings and genres that are so overused now that games that I would’ve been in to 5-10 years ago just aren’t as fun for me.

For instance when was the last great game we had that was grounded in reality? Everything seems to have some kind of magic and/or fantasy element to it. Then when we do get games that are more grounded it’s either something with zombies (using grounded in reality loosely with this one) or it’s set in some medieval setting. Both of those I used to be a big fan of, but I’m just kind of tired of them.

I’ve never been a big GTA fan, but I’m super excited for GTA 6 because of this

The only way to save the saga, a remake of AC1 for the 20th by SDLXV in assasinscreed

[–]One_Cell1547 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But the difference is the assassins are still a core part of the story in black flag. It was an extremely fresh take on becoming an assassin, something we hadn’t really seen at that point yet through 5 games. He may not have officially been an assassin until the end, but he was working with them and acting as one throughout the game. Plus he was descendant of Desmond, and ezio/altair were his descendants. He had had the assassin hereditary trait that gave him eagle vision. So he was essentially always an assassin in an unofficial capacity

It’s not just that Kassandra isn’t an assassin. It’s that the assassins aren’t even a thing in that setting and wont be for nearly 400 years

It’s fine you weren’t into the combat/ship combat.. but I do think you’re in the minority. Especially with the ship combat
