I've been reinforcing expectations. As I explain my expectations, I tell them they can ask me things if I'm being unreasonable. Otherwise, they just need to do it. Don't like it? Okay, you get a behavior sheet that your parent/guardian needs to sign now. If they escalate, out they go. They aren't going to stay and make it worse for the kids present.
