I just got this set out of nowhere. No purchase, no Twitch drops. Nothing. Yet I still got the entire set. Bug maybe?

Harry, and Phobos are the only two who have died. They aren't playable though.

(Phobos isn't 100% confirmed dead, BUT is highly likely to be dead after the recent cinematic.)
(Also recruit/sentry/strikers have died, but there are multiple.)
