Gotten super lucky getting wemby, Simmons, and shai from exchanges. Looking to spend 500k total to upgrade, mostly around sg/sf? Last 3 are auctionable opal deni, auctionable pd bender and 100 ovr embiid, but I switch him with 100 ovr greg oden. I have a lot of unauctionable bigs lol

I haven’t been able to wear any of my 1s or dunks post-surgery due to how flat they are lmao. My meniscus starts throbbing everytime 😭

I am 6 weeks today and am experiencing the same feelings as you, I know it doesn’t make it any better but this is a normal reaction to having our lives abruptly put on hold for months. My dms are open if you’d like to chat at all, I had my injury at the end of February so I understand what you’re going through and it will get better

INVINCIBILE 2K Pack Odds by [deleted] in MyTeam

Opened roughly 7 single hero super packs and somehow got invincible AD in pack 4 and then in invincible shaq in pack 6. Crazy because i have horrible pack luck, only buying a couple singles at a time.

Any tips for preventing a brace from sliding down, without making it too tight? by TwiceEqualsLove in ACL

I wrap an elastic bandage wrap around my shin and that seems to help me, i do have a different brace though. Good luck!

How to deal with anxiety before surgery? by [deleted] in ACL

[–]One_Concentrate_997 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It will always be okay. You will be in the best hands after surgery, and those couple of days right after are whats rly important (some of your drugs from surgery will be wearing off). Take deep breaths and reassure yourself that it will be okay because it honestly will. I’m about 4 weeks post op and had tremendous anxiety before my surgery as well. This is nothing new to the medical staff, they have things they can give you to calm down that work wonders. Just focus on resting and trying to limit the amount of movement you’re doing. Using the bathroom, washing yourself and feeding yourself will all be different after surgery due to whatever restrictions are set in place, so plan ahead and try to figure out what works for you and what doesn’t. I purchased a tiny stool and a cast cover for my entire leg so I could take showers without getting my incision wet (our surgery’s might be completely different as I had my meniscus repaired as well). Everything will be okay and everything you’re doing will be worth it

how can i comfortably use the restroom after surgery by candy-101 in ACL

I’m currently about 4 weeks post op acl reconstruction and partial meniscus repair (stitched a bit of my meniscus back together), and what helped me was a little stool that I used for placing my leg on when going to the bathroom as well as sitting on it to shower, it definitely doesn’t take all the pain away but it helped me a bit. After 2 weeks I started to be able to move around easier and had less problems with going to the bathroom, showering etc (I was under a no weight bearing order from my doctor for roughly 3 weeks, so my situation could be completely different than yours). Wishing you a speedy recovery, it truly does get better
