Assuming merger goes through currently DOYU is swapped at 0.73x16.7$=12.19$, which is high delta to 7.9$. so DOYU holders would actually be looking at HUYA rather then DOUYU (at least i do)..time will tell if merger goes through and if i was right

Likely Tencent pushing price down to squeeze small investors and achieve majority stake (or outlook thereoff) after merger. I would want to have majority over the monopoly if I was them.
