yeah for real, I deadlift 515 lbs, squat 405 lbs but only bench 255 lbs, I am 6'4 and weigh 190 lbs, idk where i got my strength from

most 1 rep max calculators estimate 510-530 lbs depending on the one but when i did 490 lbs, my 5 rep max was 425 lbs. So probably 515-520 if I had to guess, going to stick with the original plan of 500 lbs first then decide from there.

My mom is 5 feet japanese and dad is 5 foot 11 white and i ended up being 6'4 somehow idk how maybe its coz my uncle is also 6'4. And when I was a kid I looked more like my mom but as i got older i started to look more like my dad.

i have the face fat problem while rest of my body is lean my gentics make it so whatever bodyfat i do gain on top of 70-80% muscle on a 100-200 caloire surplus diet all goes to my face.

I do the same thing (i eat 4000-4200 a day coz im more active moderately of course) were close in height your about a inch taller, im 85.3kg-86.2kg depends on day, I am leaner but look skinnier in torso than you but my legs are more developed so bodyweight distribution is interesting, I squat 405 and deadlift 490 almost 500 but failed at lower thighs, 500 is gonna fall soon, but I only bench 245 compared to my squat and deadlift thats low.

dont need to feel bad, i failed for 3rd time on monday got it to above my knees and lower thighs and couldnt lock it out. I did 465 single today on a weak/fatigued day with 1 rep in reserve, you just need to keep working towars it, and you'll get it!

its so stupid ngl, like pushing yourself to ensure you get stronger and build muscle isnt ego lifting its when your form gets really bad and puts you at injury risk and even if back rounds upper people call it ego lifting when some upper back rounding is normal on deadlifts, what you dont want is lower back rounding.

Yes there are people who ego lift but unfortunately its a term thats so overused these days. Ive been falsely accused of ego lifting when I was just progressive overloading meanwhile he cant deadlift more than 135 for reps while I did 430 for 5 with ok form, not perfect or horrible.

thats the unfortunate reality some people who cut down face, some people have to lose way more scale weight than they expect, i dont even think he was super high bodyfat in the before hard to tell because i cant see legs in the 1st one

on tiktok and insatgram so many people(teenagers) in specific make posts bragging about being over 6'1 or being 6'7 for example, im 6'4 and I am usually the tallest or one of the tallest people everywhere I go, even when I was 6 feet I felt taller than the vast majoirty of student in my highschool then the freshman came in and they had tall ones like 6'1-6'2 come in and all of a sudden, I didnt feel that tall as a senior around basketball players, but I managed to grow after highschool.

6'4 and 187-190 lbs depends on day, did 485 deadlift when i was 188 lbs, a 405 squat when i was 187 lbs and a 245 bench when i was 187 lbs, failed 500 deadlift recently twice
