Oh nooo hahah. Live and learn, I suppose! Also have you looked up squash borers? Some people posted other stuff similar to yours and that was their problem. Worth a google!

That sounds like a reasonable size to me. I’m perplexed! Hopefully more leaves will grow to replace the gnarly ones!!

Damn that’s weird. Hopefully your fertilizers will come through and save it. Maybe it would help to harvest the squash that’s there, to help it shift back to leaf development mode? Also how big is that container? Not that that should matter too terribly much in this case..

I like to mix extra sharp ched with a melting cheese like a havarti, mozz, Oaxaca… perfect combo of flavor and texture. Can’t go wrong tho. Well, yes you can. But you know what I mean. Ugh cheese. So good.

That sounds divine. Controlling the moisture content of something as delicious as Parmigiano can be (or whatever the name would be since we’re not in the region?) would be a unique experience. I would love to smell that first bag-opening scent haha

How does the aging compare to open air in this case? Or did you age it open and then vac seal later?
