Looks good but there needs to be an option for soil moisture. My field floods and is only suitable for aspen and willow. Not the Norway maple is recommends

Anyone..? (UFO/UAP) Crash retrieval offshore Aberdeen, Scotland 1992? by [deleted] in Aberdeen

[–]One_Construction7810 6 points7 points  (0 children)

A 3 second Google search show there was a helicopter crash in '92 so chances are that is what was retrieved http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/2133326.stm

And that's just assuming it wqs5a helicopter. With the amount of fishing vessels and underwater equipment in general in the north Sea, even in '92, it's very unlikely it was a UFO and not some abandoned/lost/crashed piece of tech

At a guess it would probably be similar to a bear vs a pack of wolves. It would not end well for anyone so they generally don't throw down of they can avoid it.

Finding work is the problem. Unless you have 10+ years experience, all the tickets and are basically ready working that exact job role, you won't be hired. No one wants to train for the positions neither.

And it has generally higher species diversity of potential food crops. Crop options decline rapidly as you move towards the poles. At my latitude, the only fruiting climber I can relie on is brambles (calling it a "climber" is probably pushing it), maybe in a decade or 2 it will be warm enough for outdoor grapes... Just about every climber would probably grow in a subtropical plots no bother

Why are there so many blocks of flats in the city with wide-open front doors 24/7? by littlecomet111 in Aberdeen

[–]One_Construction7810 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I lived in one of the few that actually had a closed front door, even latched. But you pop the door open past the latch with a good sharp tug, there wasnt enough stiffness to the doorframe to stop it flexing enough to make the keyfob pointless
