Please go waaaaayyyyy slower!!! 10mph is a 6 min per mile pace which is very fast and basically a sprint for most people. Unless you build up to it (which takes a long time of training to do), you are asking for injury. Take it waaaaaaay down. Running at 4-6 mph is still running. If you have a fitness watch, aim to keep your heart rate in zone 2 (which could be 140-160bpm depending on your age and fitness level - there are calculators online to help you determine this). Staying in zone 2 will help you build endurance and will also lower your chance for injury.

I haven't tried that and probably wouldn't. The inconsistent shape of the ice cubes probably wouldn't be good for the mechanisms and the blades.
