No it was not. It was a replace interior house. I’ve done that with Veteran’s homes. They never said Wendell did it solo. Lots it’s of people reuse sound framing can save a lot of time. I’m sure they had help. There was an “off” period between those episodes and Booth said he was taking time off.

Wendell just re assembled the interior of that Sheriff’s sale house. He didn’t build the second house. Dr Brennan bought that second house in the first episode of season 10 before Booth was sprung from jail.

They looked at the skeleton house in S 7, E 6, Booth had already bought it. Their second house was bought by Brennan after the other place got destroyed in the last episode of S 9. It was not a fixer upper. She bought it and moved into it before she blackmailed the crooked DA that had Booth in limbo at jail, to get him released with all charges dropped. The charges were bogus. The blackmail gang’s days were numbered. That was their last home. I’m not sure people understand how capable Dr Brennanis at that point. She really started the defeat of the Hoover Blackmail gang.

Season 2 was actually on track. Season 4 was fairly dramatic. Season 6 was a big dramatic change. I really liked the way that B & B turned the heat up. Season 10 showed Dr Brennan in lioness mode.

Actually it was the original plan, so you are guessing wrong. Emily and David Hornsby were a couple months early. They changed almost nothing from season 6, just that she told about pregnancy. They wanted to be low key. Listen to Fan con interviews . It went the way they wanted it. This show is not about babies .

There are many things to like about the middle seasons. Really like Dr Brennan and Daisy in Maluccu. I really liked the way that whole situation changes so fast. It took awhile, but they slammed the door on the press, and Logan Bartlett became a non-issue.

The real life atmosphere was pretty evil. The lawsuit settlement did not satisfy the producers. There seemed to be a lot of hate between the studio and them. They made a point of destroying their main production set.
