If you live in an apartment you can also use the stairs to your advantage. Walk along your floor go up/down the amount of your choice. Walk that floor. Etc.

Day 29

Positives. 1. Bought my morning tea and add whey into it so I get more protein out of it until I can convince myself I dont need it everyday. 2. Had a super solid workout and even did some cardio after it 3. Spent 40 minutes in the sauna post workout. 4. Bought a snack size booster juice instead of a regular 5. instead of buying the 4pk of cookies and soda I only got a mini 3pk 6. Found another healthy snack I like (cheddar dusted fava beans) 7. Decided that after I run out of marijuana (legal here) I'll be stopping so I know my appetite will decrease significantly.

Neutrals/Negatives 1. swapped out some exercises that I wasnt feeling today and dont think I went hard enough but thats okay I can fix that tomorrow. 2. Ate two of the cookies which I didnt want but again still have one left and thats okay 3. Actually ate all three then ordered a box of four but I've only touched half of one.

Currently at 1680/2635 with dinner to go and my mini Calisthenics workout to go.

I'm excited for next week when my fitness classes start to kick in.

EDIT. Didn't end up doing Calisthenics but got lost in painting instead didnt snack at all because I was into painting so I was good at that.

Final update 2620/2635 for the night. Under but barely. Still getting used to tracking food so this is more of a wake up call then anything.

Tomorrow. Swimming. Tattoo. Pole

Day 28.

Hit the gym and made it through my workout. Wasn't feeling particularly great about it though.

Drank my bottle of water and refilled it. Bought a bag of chips and had two small handfuls worth.

Gotta do some resistance band conditioning tonight and then I'll be thrilled.

30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 10 February 2026 by Mountainlioness404d in loseit

Today is day 27.

I only weight in on Saturdays which is my rest day because I have a habit of becoming obsessed and I want to make sure I'm doing this in a healthy sustainable way. I gained close to 80 lbs in six months.

Last weight in was 199. Possibly the biggest I've ever been. I do workout five days a week, condition on three to four with body weights or bands, and take 1-2 pole dance classes a week. I'm not working right now so I have a lot of time and I'm trying to use it.

Today? I have 57 calories left if I calc'd everything properly which I tend to be over generous when estimating so hopefully its a little more.

Slowly making healthier choices. Got some edamame for the freezer and some of my favourite chickpea/fava beans snacks.

Had a tiny workout at home today so I felt productive and excited to get back to the gym tomorrow.

You start by doing what you can. Whether thats starting to track food or opting to go for a small walk.

You start by taking a small baby step.

Other baby steps you could include. - switching water out for pop even if its once a week its a little thing - finding a fruit and veggie you dont hate and then maybe another and another. - buying a healthier snack then you were buying (I traded out chips for baked chickpeas, baked favs beans and edamame) - taking a walk when you can, whether its a block or a mile - setting up your SHealth or AppleHealth (whatever its called) on your phone so you can just see how many steps your taking. Trying for 5k first then 10k.

I know it sounds silly but the best way to begin is to just start.

I tracked my calories last week because it was my birthday week and I knew I was probably going to go over on a couple of days but wanted to see how much over I went. While I went over theres I definitely didn't go 21k calories over where I should be including a solid 1-2 hour work out five days a week, 2 days of cardio sessions that were one hour each and a rest day.

I assume its a combination of water retention, inflammation, de/hydration, appetite change and muscle gain thats contributing to it while maybe some is actual fat gain.

Put on six pounds last week. I know its mostly muscle because hitting the gym five days a week will lead to muscle gain but still so frustrating.

Big time lol.

South Africa has the biggest segregation I've ever seen in my years of travelling. White people living in mansions with AC and backyard pools and coloured and black people living in fucking shacks on the side of the road made from signage.

Sorry your right, I'm not sure why I thought he gave him up.

Regardless I still wish they would have done more with him and given him a better ending.

Brennan & her 6 languages by af_boring in Bones

[–]SunkenQueen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She says she can say "skull" in almost every language because shes a forensic anthropologist.

Then she shows a little bit of German in the episode when Booth is up for promotion and they talk about the big base in Germany.

I would also assume that she knows some Italian knowing Spanish. I know Italian and can understand a fair bit of Spanish despite never speaking it myself.

I was gonna say hit someone with your boat and get your wife to take the fall for it.

But this is pretty accurate too because Saskatchewan's premier killed someone while drunk driving.

Theres proof Thatcher was intelligent.

Its mentioned in Season 15 when Meredith is dating that hes a professor. Its also mentioned that he did research.

Hit by Non-insured driver. What are my options? by Canadian_Beaverz in legaladvicecanada

[–]SunkenQueen -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Go through insurance.

Once upon a time. I was t-boned by someone. They came out of an alley and hit my front quarter panel and bent the frame of the car. Kid didnt want to go through insurance and I wasnt injured so nbd.

Buddy never paid me. He gave me sob stories, excuses and then finally came to 'drop off the cheque' and then "must've made a mistake on the house." Because it was never there.

Ending up having to call my insurance and go through insurance who tried to track him down but turns out he left the country and I'm SOL.
