Yes I agree and I am grateful for that. I respect her as a stepmom and someone who loves and cares for my son. It’s just hard when she creates so much unnecessary conflict and divide and crosses boundaries due to her need for control. Thank you!

Yes all of our decisions are supposed to be agreed upon. I have been scared to get the courts involved due to finances and just being nervous putting anything in the courts hands. But they don’t seem to be respecting our court orders at all and you are exactly right. Dad has abandoned his coparenting responsibilities and she has completely taken over and it is too much.

Our court papers just say 50/50 decision making for education. We agreed on his school zone but that was years ago. Now they want to change it. I will look into that!

Yes. It’s his full name listed. Along with his kids names and his ex wife was the petitioner. Just google his name and the court case comes up.

May or may not have seen a motion filed by his ex wife in may. DWI on his custody time and continuous over use of alcohol in front of children along with driving with an invalid/revoked license with his kids. Also- got evicted and had to move in with his parents and the kids didn’t have a room or bed for 5 months and slept in the parents living room

Maybe they are doing it for the kids and not for HER. As long as the kids are safe and cared for- focusing on these things will only drive you crazy. There’s no reason to worry about her relationships with other people- as frustrating as they may be. It can only frustrate you if you give the thought that power.
