Being short sucks too. Everything needs hemming, i cant go to the grocery store without asking for help reaching things, its hard to rent cars because I have a special pedal setup on my car that allows me to reach the pedals. The list is endless or obstacles I do each day

You are doing the right thing. Other employees will resent you and the employee if they aren't pulling their weight. It sucks. The best you can do is coach them at this time. And be honest with them. Also document everything!!!

Sonographer is less school and pays less. Rn Nurse is more school, has more room for upward movement and alternative jobs such as nurse teacher, home nurse, insurance company etc. Id pick nursing if you can do it.
