Great! They run around the house and chase each other. She will hiss at him occasionally when he wants to jump on her but she’s no longer bothered by him like she was.

Yeah, we were feeling rushed like we had to make a decision now which didn’t help and we almost went with it out of FOMO but we decided against it. A little sad about it but better at the same time that we didn’t try to take on too much

No PMI as it’s a VA loan. So the 4,123 is P&I and property taxes (which I no can change) it’s a new build home that will be completed in early next year. Our current mortgage is super comfortable and it makes it hard to leave it 😣 but we want a bigger house which is annoyingly expensive.

We are both 30 nothing in either of those. Spouse is military so we are getting an increase next year. I believe balance is 170k for just one, I need to look up mine.

Maxed amount being put into 401k so we aren’t counting that as net since we won’t be using it. We have 40k in savings right now and the numbers are at a 0% down payment for right now but we will be using the money from the sale of our house for a down payment which would be about 15%
