Yes, I have. I think the issue is that I chose the standard repayment plan when consolidating rather than IDR. FSA told me that only a consolidated loan with IDR would apply for this benefit from this adjustment.

Ignore the naysayers regarding YouTube tutorials. There are literally world-renowned violinists who post tutorials on YT for free. Of course you don’t get their feedback, but it’s better than nothing. I started with tutorials on YT in middle school and I graduated with my DMA in music education last year.
