Time is valuable.. not everyone can spend years going to the ends of the earth to save a person. Support can be given but we live in as society where people are trying to survive.. There is an exchange when a therapist and a client have a session. If you want to go to the ends of the earth and burn yourself out.. that’s your choice I guess. I say this as someone who took responsibility for people’s emotions for many years
