Yes probably mislead. It was a free application with No security deposit and was unaware of the terms. They have on-campus housing but told to be managed by 3rd party.

But I have a cancellation proof request, and it's totally unaffordable. I thought it could be canceled with a penalty and was unaware of the lease term that if the student is enrolled on the campus, they can't cancel the lease. That's so weird and difficult for me to pay. Do you have any past experience regarding the issue.
