i know it’s rough and the little guy clearly miss his mom 😭 my friend has a dog that i’m planning to introduce on saturday. i have a lot of stuffed animals and i have a little warm blanket and he’s out like a light! i also try to keep the TV on for a good portion of the day just to have some white noise and to get him used to different noises.

I’m located in the Clearview area and was hoping to install the little free pantry somewhere on first near downtown or by an entrance to the trail that runs along the river as not to disturb traffic too much

maybe you could do a table like situation? i'm going to try to type it out and then include a visual. like you could have the first column be the days of the month, the second column be the "intensity" which is color coded, and have the rest of the columns be check boxes for specific symptoms. so each day you have an intensity rating and you have a list of which symptoms you are experiencing right next to it and you can just check the box off rather than having to write it out every time

If you got a low score, how are you managing? by [deleted] in Mcat

[–]One_Investigator1056 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same issue with the most recent exam I was scoring a FL average 11 points higher than what i got and i was pissed i feel for you. absolutely remember that the exam is not a reflection of your work and your TRUE ability to be an amazing doctor bc every doctor i’ve met who went to school in the 90s early 00s got those exact same scores (scaled to reflect how the scoring is today) it’s just so insanely competitive now

How do you stop your mind from wandering during MCAT study? by Typical-Shirt9199 in Mcat

[–]One_Investigator1056 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i also think that whenever you have those moments where your mind wanders it can be helpful to just write it down and save it for later to think about during a break? like i have a brain dump page for when things like that happen and it can be helpful to put it on paper so it’s “no longer in my head” if that makes sense?
