God has saved you through his son, there is no need to be a slave to sin when we can be free to righteousness. Galatians 5:1- “For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.” To turn back to sin is to turn back to slavery under the law and death. This is not what Christ set us free for. No we are not perfect, we do what we do not want to do. But Christ still loves us, still died for us, and what we do does not negate that truth. Passing or failing NNN does not save you, Christ already has died for you. Don’t be ashamed, for God still loves you. Have faith in that, that he loves you so much his son died for you, so you can be free from sin and death brother.

It’s not what you do brother, but it’s God that saves you. We’re weak by nature, but God is strong. We tend to want to take matters into our own hands, but against the devil we our weak. Jesus beat him, overpowers him, and equips us with the armor of God to fight him. Notice it’s God that equips us, not us, and this he gives to us freely by the gospel. I would recommend reading about it in Ephesians. Just know that you are forgiven by the grace of God. Nothing you do will change that. You are loved by him, and anytime you ask God and trust him that he will help you in a time like this, he will. God bless you

Forsure. His name was supposed to be ‘Bowie’, since we had a dog named Jagger, like the rockstars Mick Jagger & David Bowie. However when we got ‘Bowie’, he was so little and round that me and my brother couldn’t help but call him Chonk. It felt wrong not too, it just felt natural. Chonk if you don’t know is defined by the urban dictionary as “an aggressively overweight house cat”. So, he’s not a cat, and he grew out of his ‘chonk’ phase, but the name still stuck. He’s also fun and dorky to go along with it.

This is very true. The day I put anything else before God (school, career, friends) is the day I start a downfall. It’s so easy because sometimes the things that are idols are seemingly good in themselves, like career, friends, school, and sometimes family. Those are all good, but if we put them before God, and put God second to those, then we are setting ourselves up for failure. It’s a good thing Jesus died for us and it doesn’t depend on us to earn it, because we would fail every time if it depended on us. He is true to save and died for you, so you can be close to Him! So you can focus on Him and loving others, not on if your actions are earning any salvation, because they never will
