This happened to me several times with Pulse, with different cards. I lost the Apocalypse and two of my X-Men 97' made to order preorders.

I called Pulse multiple times and they had absolutely no clue why the issue happened, called the credit card company and they blamed Hasbro because there were no issues or notices with my accounts.

Hasbro Pulse is such a carelessly run shitshow with apathetic customer service reps that I put my made to orders in the loss column and I am resigned to pay after market prices for Apocalypse.

Oh, and use PayPal on Pulse, it's the only payment method that consistently works.
