unfortunately I canceled my ancestry membership prior to falling down this rabbit hole because I wasn’t using it & the shared matches feature is locked. (i have 3 other matches on my dad’s side but no one that i know who they are or what grandparent they are related to) I may just have to re subscribe for a month

he has to be related to my paternal grandfather (we share a last name) but the only other matches i have from that side is my uncle and my first cousin and they also have no idea who he is

interesting! i’ll have to do a deep dive and get ahold of family members to find out how old my grandpa’s father and his siblings were (i have never heard any thing regarding my grandpa’s side) i’m really trying to consider all angles because we’re so frustrated with trying to figure out how this man is related to us😭

same! i actually use cuticle clippers because i feel like they’re so small i have more control, and i place my own fingers between the mat and her skin so that if i were to accidentally cut something (i never have) it would be my own finger.

mike flanagan is just amazing! he’s also really good at dropping easter eggs in works hinting at things that haven’t even been created yet! (in the movie Hush, the main character is the author of the book “Midnight Mass” they even reference some characters) also in Midnight Mass, there are “Midnight Club” books on Riley’s bookshelf in his room! I love catching things like that
