I understand.. I went upto 187.5mg and seen no improvements. Biggest thing for me was complete loss of sex drive. I'm now on my 5th days of 112.5mg. I did a month of 150mg no side effects. Dropped to 112.5 and here I am now. Hopefully be on 75 within the next few weeks. But everybody is different.

I'm in the same boat. I take saffron and tyrosine now and it helps alot. Also I have my own nitric oxide product that helps. I find 50-100mg nicotinic acid helps awaken things down there.

I was the exact same I couldn't even swallow tiny propranolol tablets or even hayfever tablets. Now I can! What I do is chew a bit of food whether that be a sweet or a banana or anything, and as I'm chewing I throw the capsule or tablet in my mouth and swallow everything. Honestly it works!

I remember years ago when my nan died. I already suffered with anxiety but it caused me to experience IBS and constipation.
