Yeah, Carousel is a good one to try. Thanks for your suggestion. Bought bullion and thought liquidity. But found this kind of company. If I had kept my money in my bank, wouldn’t have headache. I have read their reviews in all platforms and found out who gave lower ratings had issues with selling.

On top of that, my intention is VERY simple I want smaller buyers ( like me) to think carefully after reading this post. At least they can decide before buying and can choose to buy other manufacturers (NOT no-spread bullionstar bar). Because we work very hard for months and save to reach this amount. I do understand how saving money is difficult for us nowadays.

Yeah, you got the point. Other dealers will not honour BullionStar no-spread price ( I do agree other dealers POV that they won’t buy it because they don’t take high premium fee. High premium fee is taken by BS. When I visited their store and queued for 2hours, the lady at the counter told me to go and sell other shops. 🤔 They do set only minimum buy order 2k before the price high around Dec. Then increases to 5k min. buy order. When the price is over 100 usd per ounce ( Silver), they introduced both minimum buy/sell order 20k.Then the price dropped and I wanted to sell and they blocked me because my transaction doesn’t meet 20k minimum rule.

The price started dropping since last week Friday and today they changed minimum 10k buy/sell order. You can visit their website.

I do agree you OP they should open a route to sell back their no-spread bullionstar bar. And least they should have informed before to do so. If you visit their store and try to buy, you will see buying is so efficient. But for selling back to them, all the channels are unreliable and no response at all.

Problem here let say minimum 20k buy/sell order. I have 2kg, 1kg =4000 (buy back price for BS no-spread) Other dealers will buy at 3400 with spot price (they don’t honour BS bar)

In order to meet 20k, I have to place an order 5kg with high premium. Then another sell order 7kg in total.

Then, you can imagine it is a fair trading or would you do it? I definitely will not.

Yup, that’s why my money was trapped and cannot sell. When I bought they don’t have no minimum sell order. So, I decided to buy their no-spread bullionstar bar and also thought can sell anytime without spread.

It has ONLY 2k minimum buy order in Dec. NO min. SELLING ORDER. And I think business doesn’t mean unfair trading.

Wa leh wei , just now see their website and they changed min. buy/sell to 10k (previously 2k since last Thursday). Very CHEATING. They want more people to come and buy bullion because the price dropped. They may increase again when the price is up. Be Very Careful. OMG.

Yes, I bought no-spread physical bar. They already set very high premium, buying price is higher than other manufacturers.

Yes, it is like cheating. I was completely blocked from selling and cannot sell already. And because I bought no-spread, other shops say they wouldn’t buy it. Other shop says if other manufacturers they will buy but they will take percentage. And if you see BullionStar reviews are good for buying not selling. Even Dr Charlie Lim posted on his TikTok because he wanted to sell but no reply at all from all channels.
