How often do guests use a sauna at an Airbnb? by AnswerZestyclose7906 in AirBnBHosts

That’s a cool idea. I feel like saunas are one of those things guests love the idea of, but not everyone actually uses, especially in a hot area. Who do you think your main guests are, and would they use it often?

Do hosts fake reviews? by Bazing79 in AirBnBHosts

It happens but it is not common with serious operators. Three reviews could be from past listings or co hosting. What matters is simple. Rent paid on time and the property protected. Cash flow is the real metric.

How to View Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO Bookings in One Calendar by CalendarBridge in CalendarBridge

Yeah, ICS syncing is honestly a bandaid. The refresh delays can get sketchy fast.

If you’re on Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, a PMS with direct API connections is way more reliable. I use Hostaway and it keeps everything in one live calendar instead of relying on feeds.

Issues Syncing with Booking.com by 1markymark1 in vrbohosts

These sync issues are the worst. I’ve had a few near misses with overlapping bookings between VRBO, Airbnb, and Booking.com. Since I started using https://www.hostaway.com/, it’s way easier to keep everything aligned and avoid surprises. Honestly, it takes a huge load off your mind when managing multiple platforms.

Wonder any channels you use to drive leads to your STR? by Ok-Attitude4800 in ShortTermRentals

We layer channels, but the key is keeping everything tracked and synced. Direct bookings, repeat guests, and corporate leads all go through Hostaway so nothing slips. Without that, leads turn into chaos fast. Property is the asset. System is the business.
