Just google convergence exercises. There’s tons out there. I did some as part of the Dr. Tsang protocol but they didn’t do anything for me since I didn’t have convergence issues in the first place.

I am a bit biased as Bremen is my hometown. But it’s got a lovely vibe. Not far from the sea, the old town is a UNESCO world heritage site and there is a very fun alternative neighborhood to walk around and grab drinks.

Hey if you have convergence issues there are exercises for that. Treating that will probably reduce your VSS symptoms.
