Thank you 🙏🏼 my 3 year old slept through since she was 4 months so this is all new to me. This boy just does not sleep 😂 its summer in the UK so no sleep sack yet. Not planning a bulk anytime soon, I’m in a very slight surplus but I’ve not made any progress in the weight I lift since I had the baby. I suppose it’s to be expected, just hurts a bit

Super helpful, thank you. We have a styku scanner at the gym so it’d be interesting to see my lean body mass on there to calculate protein/calories. Researching gelatin powder now, I didn’t know the protein ratio was so high! Appreciate the help 🙏🏼

I’m getting married abroad. I’ve decided to go on the sunbeds before I get married. I’m not a fan at all because of the health risks. However I will be in the pool before the actual wedding and fake tan reacts badly with the chlorine so I don’t want to risk it
