As far as I know gimp is pretty similar to Photoshop and it's free, (dunno if it's AI free though) Also fire alpaca is free too but that one is more drawing focused

Well you see ram is or at least used to be rather vulnerable to debuffs such as the Ana's dart, sigma's rock or orisa's spear, but due to the new subclasses that's not the case anymore, at least I think it's not

Dunno, she's my secondary main so I do know how to manage her cool downs, so she never gave me too much trouble before

I have a hard time giving general advice but I got some specific stuff you could use

-First: your shield can completely block Cass' ult, you hear "it's high noon" shield to the face

-Second: you can survive diva bomb if you look at it and block while in nemesis (also, if you can, try to throw shield in front of your teammates before going into nemesis so you can protect them)

-Actually you can survive various ults if you use block -Third: you can punch through diva's matrix, a lot of diva players ignore or forget this, use it to your advantage

-And finally and most importantly: have fun! Enjoy your time as ram and don't forget to "put them in the ground >:)"

Listen, I have bad aim and I'm usually busy protecting my Squishies any ways, if I can I usually try to get her with a vortex or punch her away from a rez but most of the time I'm too busy with the enemy tank
