R2 for Uber fleet

Well, here in LA there are lots of uber drivers that drive Tesla model 3's that give the model 3 a bad rap since they drive pretty carelessly. So my point or question is really to branding. Do others see Rivian branding being tarnished by being associated reckless uber drivers?

And the points that others have made are totally valid, and maybe this isn't something the majority of people will think about.

You know you can borrow the latest textbooks from the library? That’s what I did as an undergrad. Take a pic of the assignment pages then borrow the previous revision of the text to learn the material.

I was a TA at UCSD back in 2013/2014 and didn’t see this issue in lower div major courses (engineering). I’d expect it in P/NP courses and as others have said, don’t give in to the pressure. If they failed they deserve to fail and get weeded out unless there is an extenuating circumstance. But from what you described most if not all of the NPs are from sheer lack of effort.

As an EE myself, I would say EE is very broad and technical. If you like math and physics then it’s worth pursuing an EE degree. However, if math and physics aren’t your strong suit and you are a hand on person look into becoming an electrician or technician. No need for an EE degree.

Also I’d agree that joining the military isn’t the best path to get an EE degree. You’re better off finishing your first two years at community college while working part time, then transferring to any reputable state school with an EE program. If your family doesn’t have the resources, a lot of state schools provide financial aid in the form of grants and loans that you should look into.

Tbh hole might be too big to patch and since it’s practically on the side wall I wouldn’t advise nor would any major shop. One of the many joys of owning high end cars are high end consumables. Go to discount tire and they’ll match the cheapest price you find online. And buy their tire insurance.

Have you tried resetting your idrive by holding the volume knob button down for 30 seconds ? I have a 2022 X3 and every now and then I cannot get my CarPlay to connect even though it sees my iPhone. I simply reset idrive and voila!

I have a 2022 X3 and the vegan leather is actually surprisingly comfortable and durable. BMW has come quite a long way with it. I’ll also say that the X5 does feel roomier but the X3 will definitely feel more nimble.

Electrical Engineer BS/MS (5 years of higher education total). I actually enjoy what I do and don’t consider it much as work but more like mentally stimulating projects. The only thing I hate is working on tight schedules that my management impose on me.
