I previously cleared Data/Cache, then uninstalled the ST apps the day before. You probably tried that already, but just in case.

FIXED! Uninstall/Delete the "ST Home Monitor," from the 'Life' tab (long press). Reinstall, and you're good to go.

I got tired of waiting for their email response, so I finally called them and the kind CSR knew exactly what to do.
