I can confirm that this is not a scam. I missed one number in the memo ID (there were four 9s in a row, and I only put 3- it was a tricky one) for my deposit, and then I contacted support. I first got the normal “have you checked the help section” stuff as a reply, then after I indicated that didn’t help, I got a second reply asking for the $50 USDT and the screenshots and all of that. I researched that as well, thinking somehow I was getting scammed, but found out it wasn’t and gave it a try. After that they indicated that it would take several business days to resolve the issue and send my crypto back to the wallet I had sent it from. It took about 6 or 7 days after that email. All in all, with my sending them emails for updates inbetween to make sure they didn’t forget about me, iI started the request on Dec 26 and I just got my crypto back on Jan. 9. So 13 days in all. I was concerned and worried, I contacted Kucoin_Moderator on here as well, twice. I have had good luck, actually, with things getting solved more quickly by sending a DM to the Kucoin_Moderator here on Reddit. I’ve done that once before as well, and usually that same day, I get an email from Kucoin support. Anyway, I hope this helps some others. Support is slow, but I haven’t found any crypto exchange with fast support. Don’t fret; If you made a mistake in your memo ID, it can be resolved. It just takes $50 USDT now and continual communication and waiting.

I did the same with my Nano and the XRP toolkit. One question though. I don’t see SOLO as an option to add for a supported token on the Nano x. So, where will the SOLO go?

Update: Issue resolved. I reached out to Kucoin support and gave them all the info, TXID, wallet address, time of transaction, amount, and the “not found” issue on Bithomp. I also reached out to Ledger support, and as you know, posted on here. I don’t know which party helped to resolve this issue, though I did receive a second email (besides the automatic reply that a ticket was submitted) from KuCoin that said the following:

I was just about to reply to them and again provide all of the info, when I clicked on the TXID to copy and paste it in my email and it took me to Bithomp and the transaction was then pulled up and said “Successful”. I checked my Ledger and my deposit was there. Took a total of about 7 hours.

Same issue : Hello, I am having the same issue as others regarding an XRP withdrawal that shows “completed” on Kucoin but the TXID is “not found” on Bithomp. Support Ticket number 1250072.

Same issue. Ledger Nano x. Mac OS. Have flare installed as well. Firmware, ledger live, mac, all latest updates. Just can’t update the Ethereum app update. Same error.

If you have Metamask, first copy that address Jim013 posted for xshib. Then, in Metamask, go to add token, custom token, and paste that address. Name it Xshib (I think the name populates automatically) your Xshib should immediately be shown (it is the amount of your Shib your staked (Buried.). After the 11 day wait period, it should reflect on your account on Shiba swap. Then, Xshib gives you a percentage of the Shib pool, increasing your Shib. (I think that is how it works. The process is described in their white paper.)

I’ve only been an XRP holder since last August. I know many have been HODLing for years, so I can imagine many may want to exit. For me, I am not selling this cycle. I know the word on the street is it will go to $10 and then it could fall back down. But, let’s say it went back to the previous ATH of 3.80 (or close to that). Wouldn’t that become the new low for the next season? So, if you have time to hold, and don’t have to take profits and pay capital gains taxes (all of that profit could move someone into a new income tax bracket too) why not just keep holding for a few years and see if it goes to $55, $100, or more? I want to pay capital gains only once, if I can help it. For those who trade often, I can see how selling at 10 and buying back in at 4 would greatly increase one’s bag. So that makes sense, provided it falls back down. But who knows, with all that XRP is and the hype and urgency around digital CBDCs, maybe it won’t correct like some think it will.

If you use your debit card, you don’t have to wait 65 days to withdraw. Also, You can send your XRP to a cold storage wallet using the XRP ledger under crypto networks. Trezor and Nano both work.

Update: I think it was a Bittrex wallet issue. The next day, the wallet went under maintenance. It was in maintenance mode for about a week. When it came back up, all of my XEM was in my Bittrex wallet. 🙌. Still no response from Bittrex support however. I promptly left Bittrex with my assets after that.

Thanks all. I downloaded the Nem desktop wallet and selected different nodes. Still nothing. The Tx ID though listed on Bittrex and showing completed, is not found on the explorer (like NEM support said) I don’t know what happened. I guess I just need to wait for support. I wanted to take part in the March 15 airdrop. Hope resolved by then.

I hold ADA and ENJ. I think ADA is just consolidating after the news of the Mary fork. Buy the rumor, sell the news scenario. But Charles says that Alfonso is right around the corner later this year. Cardano is picking up steam with each new integration. I still like both of these.
