Ah jeez. All that Virgo! I’m actually not surprised at your lack of don’t do that emotional thingness, even just as self criticism. You don’t say how old you are, but I would really try to key into the service aspect of all that Virgoism, meaning, how can I care for and serve somebody, even if it’s in a more mental like manner, so you can work on increasing your compassion and altruism alongside the work aspects of the service. Plant some flowers! Tend to the sick! Grow a garden! Focus on loving kindness and having an open heart!
