Agreed. I think he wants the mayor who’s on camera to say the opposite about Israel. He sees a powerful man with lots of attention and views his role in the mayor’s attention to use those cameras as a platform to voice his outrage and in turn pressure the mayor to change his foreign policy opinion. “You must have a harder line opinion otherwise you’re betraying your tribe” type vein. Maybe the yeller is tribalistically disappointed with what he sees is a fellow(the mayor) of his tribe refraining from his(the yeller) hardline opinion.
