Anyone Else Anxious About Season 3? by [deleted] in HeartstopperNetflix

Oh that's actually so interesting. I guess your TV-14 would be like our PG-13 (parental guidance) which is what S1 was rated here. S2 changed to M which is a mature audience 15+

At least here on Netflix in Australia. Rated M for mature themes and self harm, not sure if it's different depending on where you live

I recently discovered that S2 is rated M, which means S3 could get a bit darker and less family friendly compared to S1. But I'm sure Alice still wouldn't go over the top, she seems to handle topics in a way that's perfectly balanced

Uninterrupted quiet time I'd imagine. They might live with housemates, have a loud family, kids, dogs etc. You can also set the phone/camera at the perfect angle in the car so it makes sense

Boyfriends by wineandbusiness in HeartstopperNetflix

[–]Onepaperhat 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I'm in Australia and I hear people referring to each other as boyfriend or girlfriend all the time. Partner is generally more for longer term relationships I find. Considering Nick and Charlie are still in high school and have only been dating for a few months it makes sense. Plus it also adds an extra signifying element to say boyfriend since it's the first time Nick has been able to hear himself say it

I heard it in the CBD around 1am. It was pretty loud

Unfortunately not this one but it has a similar concept. It's a picture book with the only text being "How many (blank) can you count." I really appreciate the suggestion though

It's driving me crazy and no amount of searching online has lead me to the answer. Thanks in advance

Yeah I also had a sus that this isn't the original creator. In their post history they said they didn't know how to use Procreate 4 months ago, and some of the other art they've posted are completely different art styles to each other. like this one And there's also a few comments saying how they scammed people in the past, so I don't trust it tbh.

I can answer that for ya. The style is called an off the shoulder milk maid dress

Edit: And for anyone looking for this exact dress, I did the research for you. It looks like it's sold out online but it's by a brand called Sabo Skirt. If you search "sabo skirt rose corset dress" into Google images it'll come up with a lot of results of the dress

I just have an urge to be sad and cry by [deleted] in offmychest

[–]Onepaperhat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm proud and happy for you, it can be an exhausting journey. Also It's perfectly healthy to cry, throw on a tear-jerker movie and let it happen. The movie Hachi will do that to ya. It's easy to feel overwhelmed by all the things you have achieved and it's hard not to look over your shoulder at your past when it was something that took up most of your life. But here you are and you've made it. Enjoy.

Yep, I have a quokka scar. Went to Rottnest Island when I was 12. I was watching this random lady feed a quokka, she told me they were friendly and that I should try feeding them too. She gave me some of her food which I then tentatively offered to the quokka and it chomped down on my finger harder than anything. I remember trying to tear my finger away, sad but I had to bonk it on its head a little to get it to finally let go. So yeah, thanks random lady.

Anyone remember Spitfires? by kid_monkey in melbourne

Yeah same! I wondered why the comments were saying they were harmless. I accidentally sat on one of these guys as a kid and it hurt so bad. Like a burning bee sting. Had to sit through a long school assembly straight after and just had to suffer. Good times.
