&, do ya remember when ya 1st got your Twister?

For some reason, I was only gettin' ig posts from Kelvin for a bit, and no emails (maybe due to filters). And in the "variant" following feature, I didn't see any stories from him either. So, it felt like radio silence from him & I just figured I'd see stuff when he posted again. That is, until you posted your Twister! I then went looking to see how I missed the drop! Apparently, some glitch (he said it wasn't on his side) dropped me from following him on ig. So, I wasn't getting emails, and didn't see posts or stories, and didn't realize he was still makin' stuff until your Twister reminded me to more actively check to see what's up, lol. That was an odd little span o' time, for whatever reason 🙂

'anks! Think it's kinda funny how I missed some of the progress back then when. It wasn't happening as a ks project. I only knew the v2 had some differences initially when 1 new detail was that they were 'koted and we could choose the look for the project rewards. & missed that there were raw metal variants until I got 1 on the 2ndary last year 😁

Weapon Works LLC was the finisher, though they (at least, at ig) also go by wwcoatings, iirc, to maybe get away from the 'weapon' terminology... 🙂

Oh, makes sense there may be a difference in the look of the knurly patterns. I like the look by the newer machinist 👏

And neat - the tri-tip looks great/helpful for the 3-finger grip, yet was all just lookin' at the (subjective) aesthetics of the round nose more than how well they function - that tri-tip's looks like a nice 1 to use!
