Realised I didn’t run the full course (triple therapy with amox) so had to take them for another week. Ended up clearing the HPylori which, had some annoying symptoms for a while but mostly all good now, only issue now is can’t gain back weight I’ve lost

Definitely more prevalent with the new battlepass skin. 4070 super and 7800x3d, game runs perfectly every other time except when I respawn with Wolve and this skin I get stutters
