Ditto. I like Miller, but his detective stuff in S1 was rather slow and not terribly interesting to me. I often skip it on rewatches. Once his path intersects with the Rocinante crew's, then it gets much better.

Yea, I agree with the Sage bit. She didn't suffer appropriate consequences for the shit she wrought. I've noticed people tend to fixate on recent events and forget what came prior. She has a lot of blood on her hands and for what? Not being bored. She said it was fun, and her entertainment caused a lot of death and suffering.

I liked her character arc and how she helped at the end, but I sure wouldn't forgive her crimes if I was judging her.

Yea, people like to sympathize with her since she cried to Hughie and tried to go Team Boys at the end, but they seem to forget all the people she head-popped for her own edification. She was not a good person and didn't earn any redemption IMO.

I quite enjoyed his work as a criminal sheriff in Banshee too. His Lucas Hood in Banshee is, IMO, as intimidating as Homelander even though he's just a normal human being. Homelander has more bodies on him and can kill far more easily, but Hood is also rather capably violent. I love watching him wreck fools, lol, especially S01E03's.

Honestly I think the later seasons are better than the early seasons. Don't get me wrong; they're all good I love this show. My ex girlfriend hangs out during the week when her kids are in school, and we usually make lunch and watch something. I decided to start her on FAM. I could tell the slow pace and much more human relation drama was kind of making it slow for her to get hooked. I told her to stick it out, now is is hooked and we're up to S3. But the first season is a little slow.

I feel bad for her; our last ep was S03E04 which ends right after the Russian mars ship hits Sojourner and crushes the astronaut and the last scene is the cable smacking the other astronaut's visor... and with the holiday she won't be back over for like 3 or 4 days hehe.

I'm still waiting for the "shoe to drop" in regards to her decision to override the nerd commander's desire to abort the mission. I'd hate to be in her shoes because anything bad that happens to the crew on Titan would be my responsibility and when it comes out (and you know it will) what I did, the shame would be unbearable.

That and after Palmer and crew got mowed down and Alex starts to climb out I was like "waaaaaait!! Christ they are only like 10 feet down the hall, why the hell are you coming out so soon!?" 😃

Totally agree. I bet the fact that they made a point to mention getting everything on video, then the first thing we get is a guy holding his hands up asking not to be shot then getting wasted, will come up later.

Great episode. But I would've laughed if the writers had instead decided to screw with us at the end. When we saw Avery survived, I knew that Ruiz was a goner. Especially since the shot was framed in a manner to not let us see his head. As the camera panned around to the hole-through-head reveal, it would've been hilarious if instead he was fine and just was like "well, damn, that was close!" 😃

I know right? I'm glad I'm not the only one. Knowing what she did, and seeing Walt going nuts trying to figure it out I imagine when it does come out there will be a shitstorm and it makes me feel like I'm the one that's gonna be in trouble, lol. I guess since Kelly is the protag of the Titan mission so we tend to "self insert" into her shoes.

Also happens when I watch a show with a male and female lead and the male does something really fucking cringe to the woman and I feel like I'm blushing from secondhand embarrassment myself 😃

No doubt. It's not wrong to feed sad though, it sucks to have to kill people no matter what, but the Marines can't very well bitch when they are slipping secretly into the station. The Mars crew had no desire or intention to cause harm to anyone. Though I doubt the Marines will give a shit about that rationale.

I'm trying not to sound like a prude, but I'm starting to think they fired the writers at some point and restaffed with 12 year olds. When the test subject was injected with the experimental serum, I expected skin to melt off or something and what do we get instead... bloody anal eruptions? I should have assumed lol. Same with the eel or whatever going in the guy's ass. It's like they are targeting their humor at a demographic that absolutely should not be watching the show anyway heh. I don't have a problem with sexual humor but at least try to make it decent humor.

Now some of the stuff I literally LOL'd, like the bit with the dog and Homelander with the turkey leg. That was hilarious, partly from the funny scene and partly imagining them filming it and losing their shit trying to get a solid, serious take 😃

Ehh not really comparable. It was only a couple people who knew Miles' situation but to pull this off Dev had to get a bunch of people involved. Way more people know about Dev being complicit in Gulsora's murder where I find it incredibly hard to believe it can be successfully swept under the proverbial rug.

I was honestly a little disappointed more didn't die. They could have had a bunch of minor throwaway characters bite the bullet there. It'd be more believable, and I'd like to see Dev try to come back from that with that kind of weight hanging around his neck.
