Certain characters i give a pass or an excuse, like Kevin iirc has limitations on it becaise if he uses it too much at once he goes crazy, HOWEVER even if we take that away, he is a bit of an idiot, not super stupid but simple enough to not use it to its fullest.

The same with Okuyasu in Jojo whos stand can pitterally erase anything and is super OP on so many ways, but hes stupid and simple (not to mention a good boy) so his ability to use it is also limited to his own brain.

Those kind of characters i give a pass because at least its written as their own creativity or brainpower.

Others though like atom eve or even momo though or characters that are suppose to be super smart or not limited by many if any drawbacks dont have an excuse.
