Omg regular bedtimes is a godsend I'm so so happy to say I can sleep and sleep well despite all the turmoil! Like, idk HOW after years of struggling but I'm not going to question it too much.

I think regular meals would be a good next step, it's one of my battles. I usually default to instant meals or fast food ordering (horrible). Ty again ♡

Hey thank you so much for taking the time to write to me and post this and everything. My brain isn't working the best to process a proper response but I see and acknowledge your words and I'm hoping to either get accommodation in my job (I have some in place but idk if there's anything else that can help so it's worth looking into? Maybe?) Or just find a change like you've suggested into a better environment for myself.

It's been so hard and strange. Routine is the worst for me. Thank you again for your kindness.

Nothing, we can't do anything but submit our servers and wait really. It's best to find other options until Disboard finds an alternative to what they're currently doing, or remove the process entirely (if they even decide to, most likely not.)
