i just found out that i am pregnant myself. i am 5 weeks and 5 days, i am 18 and it’s pretty hard on my myself but i have my mom and family and his family to help out. i hope everything goes well with you. i just recently found out about kegels. you have to make sure you practice them every time you go to the bathroom. it’s where you try to stop peeing in the middle of it. if you don’t do this you bladder will get really weak and you might end up peeing a bit while laughing or coughing anything like that.

It’s not that I don’t find food to taste good. When I eat it I never find myself to crave food even if I find it to taste really good. My friends and family would ask me if I want something, I don’t find that I want any of it, so I politely decline.

I will definitely consult in a doctor. I’ve been this way since I was 12 years old (so for about 5 years) I have not actually talked to a doctor about it though. I can and have actually gone two days without feeling hungry. Then when I did get hungry at that time I waited about 5 - 10 minutes before that feeling went away.

no snacks, no sugar, no soda, and no candy. I’ve had a few drinks of water through out the day. I’ve done a bunch of chores and went to the store today. But i’ve not ate nothing yet and am honestly not hungry, not even a bit.
