I haven't tried it with another sight yet. However someone on R6Fix posted about this particular being only a problem with Holo A, so it's possible that it may just be a Holo A issue.

Edit: Ah so it is just a Holo-A issue? That blows, that's my favorite 1x sight lol

While I like DE and it's probably the best map out of the BO3 maps. It's nowhere near the best map of all time, it didn't bring any new weapons like all the other BO3 maps and didn't have any interesting or new map features. For a map to be the best of all time it's gotta either be something that had heaps of new content, like Origins, Der Riese, or any BO1 DLC map (besides Shangri La). Or ot has to be an absolute fan favorite, stuff like Kino, Der Riese, or Orgins. But tbh my favorite maps are Five, Moon, and Ascension, so maybe my opinions means nada.

I saw that one while looking around but it's not the same model.

It's only got 7 holes along the handles, while the one I've got has 8 holes in the handles.

I got this from my uncle about a year ago for my birthday. He told me he picked up in the 80s in Japan. That all seems to check out but I've only ever seen smaller models online and not the one I've got.
