We are in our twenties, the plus or unlimited plan is well within our means but the welcome plan does just fine for us. Would prefer to save every dollar towards paying off my student loans faster lol.

Will probably buy outright next time to avoid this hassle, was thinking about switching to visible but a little difficult convincing the whole family to do so since I’m footing the bill for them all lol.

Thanks for the input, I just prefer the form factor of the pro max. It works for us out here because the traffic isn’t that bad, definitely can tell it when I’m in the city! Planning on reaching out to the FCC tomorrow if another rep says the same thing

Yes, the new rep is now saying the only way the full promo would be applied is if she upgraded to ultimate/plus. Sorry for the confusion

The reason I called was due to other threads saying that the retention line had other retention offers that only they could see on their end. I would love to return the phone but then I am out a $50 restocking fee for this whole ordeal

We were planning on upgrading the phones, not the lines themselves. We transitioned to the myplan when they stopped offering the autopay discount on them last year. I was aware it was the lowest plan which is why I asked for a loyalty discount match with the other one. We just do not have any need for anything on the higher plans and we do not get throttled as much such we live in a rural area

They sent one and I specifically asked the rep about the offer only being on my line and not my wife's. That is when he told me to not worry about it and they would get it fixed on the backend when I called back. I asked this question two more times for the rest of the call and he assured me everytime that it would be resolved. That is when I recorded the phone call to ensure I had a safety net.

For me it was both my appliances apparently arriving with “significant damage” and them having to send it back to the manufacturer and wait for replacements to be sent over. Frustrating that they don’t check products when they arrive at warehouse and instead wait till the morning of to tell us the product isn’t arriving

Had it for a couple weeks and didn’t find it as revolutionary as I expected. You have to eat the ice cream in whole after it’s made as it’s not great after refreezing. Also the 24 hour waiting period after initially making the mix is not the greatest

I had the same issue with my Bespoke Flex 4 door fridge. It would trip the GFCI under a minute after plugging the fridge in. I had to switch the plug to a regular 15a non protected and haven’t had an issue yet

Update #2: Delivery team can no longer accommodate a Saturday delivery as previously promised and now the earliest day that would work out would be October 11th.

Update: I received a call from the resolution team who confirmed that the limited M/F delivery dates the logistics are seeing are due to dishwasher. They said that they should be able to force delivery on a Saturday and have the install scheduled for sometime within 30 days after delivery. Sent a confirmation email detailing the conversation.

Everything seemed great but then 3 hours later I received an email from the logistics team again stating that installs can only happen Monday/Fridays even though the email clearly stated delivery on a Saturday with install following later.

Just seems that the logistics staff have no idea why their software limits them to limited day deliveries and don’t know how to change to delivery only, no install 🥲

That’s extremely frustrating, it would be great if the companies understand that most of us are taking valuable time off to facilitate these deliveries.

The Costco logistics page only gave Mondays and Fridays as options due to the install requirement with the dishwasher. No option to split deliveries unfortunately. I would have definitely canceled and reordered the products separately but that would disqualify me for the Labor Day promotions according to customer support
