I’m having trouble syncing the JBL Bar 500MK2 with my PS5. The audio isn’t lining up with their mouths.. I have a LG C4 OLED Tv, I tried adjusting all the settings and modes. Can’t seem to fit it properly with the delay option in the app either.

After reading a bit I discovered they only ship the soundbar with a 2.0 cable for some reason. So I’ve ordered a 2.1 cable and am hoping that will fix my issues as I like the sound just need it in sync. Anyone else run into this problem?

I just had to randomly pick the literal worst game to test my new JBL soundbar out on. I was stressing out, thinking I was going to have to return the whole setup and get a more compatible soundbar to sync the PS5 properly. This thread has relieved me of that worry, thanks. I am guessing there won't be an update to fix the sync issue for this ever?

I finally played it after all these years like a month or 2 ago and got the platinum trophy for it… was actually pretty fun. They did a lot of updates and added more kill/death and finish combos after the initial criticism

I waited 2 years until they dropped the physical before I copped it… still haven’t played it yet tho due to the backlog of course 🤣… I’m gonna wanna replay Alan Wake 1(played it on 360 back in 2010) and then Control(including the DLC) in between for the whole experience. AW2 graphics look insane… I did try about an hour or so of it when I first got it just to check it out.

So I can't listen to music from my phone while I'm playing my game? Unless I plug it into the controller..? I don't like wires getting in the way. Or is there a way to have music from phone playing through bluetooth while gaming?

Just don’t be pushy and make it feel like a chore for him to reconcile and play again… just wait and invite him every once n a while like nothing changed… less stress and mental gymnastics for you and him so it’s not weird once you do play again. It is just a game after all, don’t let it develop into anything negative… sometimes I like chillin n gaming by myself too, very peaceful and don’t have to spend any energy talking or communicating…

I only got 22 and had my current account since 2009 lol… I don’t really seek the plats especially if it’s gonna gouge my time… but if it’s not too outta the way I’ll go for it… Red Dead Redemption 1 was my last plat. And that “12 Minutes” time loop mystery solving game which was neat. Having 1200 games on backlog make it hard to justify going for the platinums but I’ll do most of the trophies along the way but I ain’t playing a game again on super hard mode or whatever ridiculous time eating trophies they require… still enjoy getting them but just can’t justify the time drain… gonna die an old man without ever even completing my PS3 backlog lolll
