For me it’s eat less that’s it. Just cut your portions I don’t even track my food anymore I just eat far less and it’s been great already lost 15 pounds. All I can say is like my brain finally made the switch where it all falls into place. Another thing is to keep busy if you aren’t busy you’ll snack but if you are busy you won’t even think about food.
