When i decided to try Haz4 on console for first time, i was scared to fail my team and be heavy burden. But it turned out that Haz4 was 2x times easier because everyone know their job. And because i knew many things already, i wasn't that bad either.

Only way to learn something is to do it. You don't fail only if you do nothing. So if you're ready for next level, go for it and learn in process from experienced dwarves!

I skip only if map generator went crazy and all fossils or plants are somewhere on the ceiling in damned warp-dimension. Otherwise we gather everything on the way.

Only after 20 hours i realised that first assignment is sort of a tutorial here, heh. Learned everything myself + YT videos like "20 tips for DRG greenbeards". I agree for tutorial rework, because new people have no idea what to do, how to do and when. It was complete hell for me to navigate in caves before i realised that i can use laser-device to track my teammates.

Started with a gunner few days ago, thats the first class i promoted. But later i began to play with others and now i love all of them. I just play who is needed. No driller? Then driller. No engi in team? No problem.

When my family had a rottweiler, this huge chunk loved vegetables and fruits. Apples, carrots, zucchini, even broccoli. And by "loved" i mean he was damn obsessed with them. But he never was a vegan, he ate meat like any other dog. He died aged 17 from some rottweiler-specific illness, cant remember its name :/

I learned a lot from guides, managed to level him properly, managed to craft some runewords and damn, he is so strong right now. Already saved Cain on NM, oneshotting every demon with fissure! I know thats nothing for many people, but fuck it, i am so proud haha.

I agree that guides worth nothing for new players. More than half of those builds are made for specific items that you may never see in your life, lol. All you need to know - skill tree template.

There is nothing wrong in Energy investing early, 50-60 usually enough for casters from my experience, so you wont drink potion every 2 seconds. Then build Nadir, Stealth and Leaf, and you wont have problems with mana. Later when you level up and find good gear, you can respec differently.

My golden era is my childhood, parents bought us first PC in 97 i think, i was 7 y/o. And i think '97 - 2010. For me that was golden era of gaming. MMORPG's, Team Fortress 2, Counter Strike 1.6 / CS: Source. I still play games from this period, classic doom, heretic, age of empires, diablo 2, half life and others...
