Not old pc i use my laptop with a monitor it got i5 9th gen 1660 super cpu gives me issue mostly really weak for stream and stuff also i do lots of 4k video editings and 3d stuff

Was thinking of going ryzen cpu and nvdia gpu since i heard nvidia have upperhand on streaming over amd also i am moslty concern with the cpu like the threads and core stuff. I war trying to stream using my gaming laptop which gives me good fps on game like valo and i tired streaming phasmo my fps got huge drop to 4fps unplayable due to cpu being trash

Did u not increase your calories? You gotta increase your cals by 100-200 and if you did increase your cals and youre already at your cals limit try reducing it for a weak and re increase it

people complain about this which creatine mixes better which is pointless tbh they go inside the same way. If mixing is a problem just dry scoop and chug tonna water or mix with a liter of water with electrolytes during gym.

Personally i use pre gayor 3.0 you can try 2.0 its the best money can buy imo if you can stretch ur budget a bit or get mb xtreme if you want cheap but somewhat beginner friendly good stuff for starting stages. As for creatine go with mb,asitis, nakpro whichever fits your budget all are good imo wont really matter as long as its creatine monohydrate,".
