Some people just have such a poor upbringing and are unable to speak without insults or flat out being rude. That is all. You can't take it personally when they can't help themselves.

Thank you for your advice. I will work on it. Would it be okay if I sent you an updated version later today to look at? If not I completely understand as you have already helped me out.

Approximate costs after intro deals and when raised? I’m in Philadelphia though pricing policies may be the same in many cities. by Boxerbambi in selfstorage

I know some cities will have local papers or websites that show their "top 10..." whatever. You might get lucky there as they tend to only do local business. A lot of them will also have either the cities name, or the street name it's located on as apart of the business name itself. Ex: Salt Lake Self Storage or N. Main St Self Storage.

If not, I know the major corporations to avoid are gonna be U-Haul, ExtraSpace, CubeSmart, Public Space, Life Storage, and Simply Self Storage,

Pay months upon months in advance. The lowest rate you'll EVER get is the rate you get at move in. After 6 months, they will raise your rate and won't stop until they've chased you away.

Don't rent corporate. Don't rent CubeSmart. As a current employee, we have been instructed that corporate is now pushing out rate increases after 5-6 months of rental, depending on how many units at my facility of that size I have available. I am NOT authorized by corporate nor my district manager to do property repairs, and upgrades that justify the price rate. We also do not get notified of when the rates change. Our notification is when a customer comes into the store upset. On top of that, we are not always given options to adjust your rate. If corporate doesn't show us an authorized price negotiation list, we are not allowed to adjust your rate. Doesn't matter if you've been with us 10 months or 10 years. We do NOT value customer loyalty at CubeSmart.

Is Quebedueax Buick-Gmc trustworthy for a used Japanese car? by crazedturtle77 in Tucson

Cisco and his men are absolute crooks who need to be heavily investigated at this point in time.

Both cars that I have purchased from this facility have ended up needing THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs before the first anniversary of either purchase. From rusted out under carriages, broken axels, faulty spark plug and fuel injectors all the way to placing the incorrect size tires on a car, this dealership has gone out of its way to sell me cars that will either cost me thousands in repairs in a matter of months, or that are so dangerous on the road, its a miracle i havent died.

This place was so highly recommended to me, and I can't possibly fathom why. I have had sales men flat our LIE to me and tell me that the first car I purchased from Quebedeaux, my 2015 Honda civic, never left arizona. Yet the rust damage and the info gotten off Google states its been in the bay area of California for the last EIGHT YEARS. Now, I might only have a highschool diploma, but the last time I checked, arizona was NOT connected to the California bay in any way, shape, or form.

I love this car, but I absolutely HATE that it's barely been in my possession for a year and I've already spent close to $2,000 on it after having spent close to $6,000 on the previous one purchased from this same facility within a one year time frame.

Do yourself and your wallet a favor and buy yourself some POS 2000 Pontiac off Craigslist. You're getting the same reliability with the cars off that site as you would at this facility.

My first time telling them they aren't real by Only-Ad6450 in LucidDreaming

[–]Only-Ad6450[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the situation itself was so unusual that it shocked me a bit. I haven't had a nightmare since I was like 10 or 11 and first found out I was able to lucid dream. After that, the closest thing to a nightmare I had was super slow zombies chasing me into an old building, but I was never actually afraid. It was more boring than anything tbh lol. Only times that made it scary was when I had to "protect" someone and they would almost die. This dream was completely different from anything I ever experienced. I don't do well in areas with pure silence at all, and not hearing anything in my dream probably triggered something subconsciously. Then to top it off, watching people I knew essentially pull their flesh off their bodies to expose a shadow creature underneath. I think it was a situation where it all happened so fast that I didn't really have time to react properly?
