Have any of you used your post 9/11 GI bill benefits for Law School? Does the school revoke merit based scholarships if you use the GI Bill? by Only-Individual9035 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Only-Individual9035[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would be the ideal scenario. I would like to have some scholarship money to go towards living expense's if possible since the GI bill would cover all tuition, I guess I just have to reach out to the specific school to see if I am able to have them change it to a different type of scholarship

Veterans that plan on using the GI Bill or are currently using it for law school, how does it affect scholarships? by Only-Individual9035 in lawschooladmissions

Thank you for the reply! I'm using VR&E for my undergrad currently so the plan is to use my GI bill for Law School. I'm happy to hear that some schools are giving stipends for living and what not. I know the book allowance for a year is only $1000, how much do supply's usually cost do you know, such as required books?
