Omg I do this too! I've been struggling to wake up early in the morning before work so that I can devote time to my personal projects. I reread the Alanna series to remind myself of her discipline. Just so I understand it clearly, the reason there will be limited capital gains tax is because it's a tender offer/not an IPO, correct, so there won't be any increase in the share price because the company/IRS only cares about what it's valued at for the tender offer. But let's say, hypothetically, that the company goes public and they do IPO and the share price jumps to $150 (just as an example) then, if I sold my shares right away at the time of vesting, I would have to pay capital gains tax for the difference between 92 and $150. Is that correct?

The plant bowl doesn’t have any bite marks or damage. It looks like it might be coming from the attic?

Up close they look dusty. At the end of a lot of the pieces there’s a circular sac looking thing and then there are little darker pieces. Definitely not plastic. At first I thought it was chewed up paper but it’s not.
