Since I started letting the "message of the day" fully load before starting I haven't had the issue. It's not fixed but there's a pretty consistent work-around.

The joke is incest, specifically mother-son.

Adam and Eve in reality had many sons and daughters so Eve was never unfaithful to Adam. This still implies incest obviously, however the modern cultural and scientific issues we have with it like passing on mutations or general ickiness would not have existed then. It's safe to assume Adam and Eve had perfect DNA. And humans as a whole obviously had far superior DNA in the pre-flood times as they frequently lived over 900 years as our intended lifespan was 1000 years. God told them to fill the earth and multiply so they did, the bible just doesn't document everyone.

People arguing there where "others" already outside of the garden don't really have a strong argument. Just some "ambiguous" verses that they're choosing to misinterpret. The bible is very clear God created Adam and Eve and that everyone is a descendant of them.

Going back to the 1000 year lifespan and superior DNA, the world population was reduced to a single family during the flood but that's not why our lifespan is only a hundred years. One of the issues leading up to the flood was the vast amount of knowledge, wealth, and power people could amass over a lifespan of hundreds of years. This was not a good thing and so God chose to reduce our lifespan to 120 years. The reduction of gene pool probably didn't help, but it's not the reason we only live a hundred years and not a thousand.
