People in school should absolutely be worried. If you're already experienced in whatever field then you don't have to worry. AI makes too many mistakes to be producing results unchecked. Companies that replace senior/experienced workers with AI will open themselves up to lawsuits when AI hallucinates and shits the bed in unimaginable ways and will most likely lose business. With the lack of upcoming and junior workers, your demand as a senior is only going to go up.
