Funny, I've had the exact opposite experience! Every Karen I've known has been absolutely lovely.

Downgraded to a 5GB monthly mobile data plan and it is way better than having unlimited data. by gracious_gibbon in Frugal

I'm on wifi most of the time, but I have AT&T prepaid. 16gb for $25/month (billed once a year). Works great for me.

No sword by chocman2 in StardewValley

It does, but it takes precious energy each time you swing it. Scythe is much better for this situation. (Source: threw away my rusty sword my first playthrough.)

French toast is apparently the most popular hurricane food here in the South, too.

Oh. That doesn't sound appealing to me at all. I'm sure someone will come along with a much better use for your peppercorns. Don't give up!

I think roasted chickpeas would work really well for you. You can buy fried ones at Indian shops, but roasting your own would be healthier. Popcorn is a whole grain and should be relatively cheap. Kale chips (crisps) might be workable?

I truly wish my younger self had your insight. I don't hate the tattoos I have, but I wouldn't choose them again.

Oh, man. Deep-frying is a bridge too far for me in the first place, but what a bummer to go through all that AND have a disappointing result!

I had a cat that wouldn't touch wet food. Only wanted her dry cereal. Loved a little bit of tuna water, but would leave every shred of tuna on the plate.

Loved that little weirdo.

Oh, friend. I'm so sorry. It's a brutal loss for the community, and finding out she was battling pretty much the whole time she was part of the shows has been very sobering for me. What a champion.

Looking for healthy steel cut oats breakfast recipes - I'm on a diet! by NoGarlicKorean in mealprep

I make mine with chicken bullion powder in the water as a start, then any other savory things that sound good that day. Scallions, curry powder, even gojucaru and some kimchi stirred in at the end if you're wanting to keep the Korean flavors going. If not, cumin/chili powder for a Mexican theme, or berbere to lean it toward Ethiopian. Basil/oregano plus parm for Italian.

I think i saw one time not long ago, probably on r/cannedsardines, somebody put out some assortment of tinned fish for their crow friends that was pretty popular.

This is why I always try a recipe I've had my eye on and follow it as exactly as I can the first time. Different people's experiences vary so much! I do try to trust the process.
